EARLY ADMISSION & SET UP

THE SHOW OPENS SATURDAY AT 2PM AND CONTINUES UNTIL 6PM. INSIDE & OUTSIDE DEALERS WILL BE ALLOWED ENTRY TO THE SHOW FIELD AT 11:00 AM, UNPACK AND SET UP FOR THE 2PM ENTRANCE OF THE EARLY BIRDS. NO SELLING BETWEEN DEALERS UNTIL AFTER 2PM. PLEASE ADHERE TO THIS. HST #851981027RT001

TERMS & CONDITIONS

VEHICLES: Vehicle passes will be provided. One vehicle will be allowed to be parked in your booth. Extra vehicles must be parked in the dealer parking areas by 2pm. If you have an oversize truck or trailer make a note in the special request section or contract. INSIDE DEALERS MUST
MOVE THEIR VEHICLES TO THE DEALER PARKING AREAS BY 2PM

BOOTH ALLOCATION SIZE: Most of the booths are 20 ft x 24 ft frontage and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. THERE IS NO BOOTH SHARING (unless permission is given by me). Payment by May 1st will ensure your same location as last year unless you request a change. Oversize and indoor booths are available in limited supply. Please call if you are interested in such a booth.

TABLES: Tables are available and should be ordered with your contract at current rates. They will be in your booth when you arrive.

TENTS: Tent canopies are 10 ft x 20 ft and can be rented at current rates
Full tents with sides are 20 ft x 20 ft and can also be rented at current rates

FOOD: Available Saturday and all day Sunday including early breakfast.

NO REPRODUCTIONS: THIS IS AN ANTIQUE & COLLECTIBLES SHOW.

PACK UP TIME: The show is advertised to be open on SUNDAY FROM 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, YOU MUST NOT START TO PACK UP UNTIL 4:00 pm.

RAIN: The show must go on. There will be no refunds due to inclement weather

LOCATION: Odessa, at the Odessa Fairgrounds 1/10 mile south of the 401 at Exit #599, Wilton Rd. or 10 miles west of Kingston on Hwy. #2.
